Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
That said, we want you to love your order and receive it in good condition. Please inspect your items when they arrive and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
For damaged or incorrect items, or if you have any questions or concerns about your order, email us at hello@forthepups.org within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
Please note that because many of our items are small-batch, handmade, or made-to-order, replacements may depend on product availability.
Non-returnable items:
All items are final sale, including but not limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, apparel, and gift cards.
