Shipping Policy
We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Most items ship within 5–7 business days, though small-batch or made-to-order products may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Pre-orders will ship within 5-7 days of the actual restock or stock date of the item. Estimated pre-order shipping dates in product listings are just an estimate and any estimated shipping date received with your order confirmation is not accurate, it is based on an in-stock item.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location, order weight, and selected carrier.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected carrier and shipping method.

For custom or handmade items (including dried flowers and apparel), please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@forthepups.org within 10 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for missing packages). We’ll help file a claim with the carrier or issue a replacement when possible.
